What were the highlights of your trip?
The trip just kept getting better and better. My highlights were all in Xi'an though. The panda experience was incredible, the staff at the volunteer house were great, the apartment was very spacious and the food was delicious. Working with the children was my ultimate highlight of the whole trip though - it was impossible not to enjoy it!
Do you have 3 top tips for future travellers?
1) Travel light and invest in a backpack not a suitcase - there are lots of stairs. 2) Carry tissues around all the time - it's essential. 3) If you're blonde, be prepared for lots of photos to be taken of you!

Is there anything that would have made your experience better?
Upgrading on the trains to soft sleepers would have been better.

What were the highlights of your trip?
There were lots of highlights in the trip but I think the best parts were my time in Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai. In those cities in particular I think the food was good, the excursions were interesting and there was lots to do.
Do you have 3 top tips for future travellers?
1. Travel light- there's a lot of movement on the trip so you need to have a light bag. 2. Buy Travel Tissues before you leave- they will always come in handy for Chinese Public Loo's! 3. Make sure you have plenty of space on you memory cards for the huge amount of photo's you will take.

What were the highlights of your trip?
All the excursions - Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors especially, Shanghai, karaoke!
Do you have 3 top tips for future travellers?
1) Be open minded to new or different things. 2) Enjoy every experience as you might not get them again. 3) China is a developing country so be prepared.
