Eike Modersohn, 02. Aug. 2009 – 02. Feb. 2010 Ich habe so ziemlich alles genossen während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes in China. Meine Reise begann in Yangshuo, diese Stadt gehört zu den wichtigsten touristische Attraktion von China und war ein guter Startpunkt für mein Auslandsabenteuer. Viele Reisende bleiben länger in Yangshuo und das nicht nur wegen der natürlichen Schönheit, sondern auch wegen der guten Lebensqualität. Zu meinen Höhepunkten gehören das Schwimmen im Fluss Li, das Rad fahren an den "geheimen" Stränden, das Abendessen (jeden Abend ein Highlight), die Erfahrung die Kinder in englischer Sprache zu unterrichten und vieles mehr. Nach meiner Zeit als Volunteer bin ich mit meinem Rucksack durch China gereist. Sobald man anfängt durch China zu reisen, sollte man sich auf jeden fall die wichtigesten Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie die große Chinesische Mauer in Peking und die Terrakotta-Armee in Xian ansehen. (Tipp: Einfach der "Bibel für Reisende" dem Buch von Lonely Planet folgen). Der Westen Chinas ist auch erstaunlich sehenswert

Manuel Blank, 21. Jan. – 21. Juli 2011What were the highlights of your trip? I really don't know what to mention first. Everything in China is different and it's amazing to see, how things still work :) The highlight of the trip is the trip itself!
Do you have 3 top tips for future travellers? Look for more rural places, big Chinese cities are just cities after all. I really enjoyed Yangshuo and Zhangjiajie. Another top tip is: Use public transport! As everything else, it's quite different from Europe, but by taking buses you will learn a lot of Chinese ;)
